  • Six spoons water
  • Half cup oats
  • One and a half spoons tomato paste

  • One garlic clove chopped fine
  • Half spoon fennel seeds
  • Quarter spoon red chili flakes
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • A little oil spray for baking tray

🍳 How to Make Vegan Meatballs

Step One
Turn on your oven and heat it to four hundred twenty five degrees. Place foil on your baking tray and spray some oil on it.

Step Two
Drain chickpeas and add them into a food processor. Blend for a few seconds until they break into small pieces but do not make them too soft.

Step Three
