Bunny Bait is a favorite in our house because it is so easy to put together. You just mix crunchy cereal, salty pretzels, and colorful candies with a generous coating of creamy white chocolate for a crowd pleasing treat.

Since this is a no bake recipe, it is wonderful to make with kids. Just be sure to let the chocolate set completely before you try to break it into pieces for serving.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice cereal squares
  • 2 cups small twist pretzels
  • 1 cup pastel colored M&Ms
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Instructions

    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to keep the mix from sticking.

    Place the cereal squares, pretzels, and candies into a large mixing bowl.

    Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in thirty second intervals, stirring until it is smooth.

    Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and toss gently with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.

    Spread the mixture out in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.

    Add the sprinkles over the top while the chocolate is still wet.

    Allow the mixture to sit for about twenty minutes until the chocolate is firm, then break it into smaller pieces to serve.

💡 Tips

Store this snack in an airtight container at room temperature to keep it fresh for up to one week. You can also package it in cellophane bags tied with a pretty ribbon for a lovely homemade gift.
