This fruit salsa is one of my favorite things to make when I want something light and sweet. It is absolutely perfect for summer parties or just a sunny afternoon snack at home. Everyone loves how vibrant and fresh it tastes compared to standard snacks.

My top tip for the best texture is to chop all of your fruit into very small, uniform pieces. This makes it much easier to scoop up onto the chips without any falling off.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh raspberries, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, finely diced
  • 2 nectarines, peeled and diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

Prepare the cinnamon chips by brushing the flour tortillas with melted butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and sprinkle it evenly over the buttered tortillas.

  3. 3

Cut the tortillas into wedges using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. 4

Bake the chips for about 8 to 10 minutes until they are crisp and golden. Let them cool completely on a wire rack while you prepare the fruit.

  5. 5

Combine the chopped raspberries, strawberries, nectarines, kiwi, and mango in a large bowl. Stir them together gently so the fruit does not get too mashed.

  6. 6

Serve the chilled fruit salsa immediately with your cooled cinnamon chips.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store the fruit salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Keep your cinnamon chips in a separate sealed bag at room temperature so they stay nice and crunchy.
