Once you try making corn in your air fryer, you will never want to go back to boiling it on the stove. It is the perfect hands off side dish for summer dinners and backyard barbecues, leaving you more time to focus on your main course.

You can keep things simple with just a bit of butter and salt, or get creative with seasonings like chili powder, parmesan cheese, or fresh herbs. If you are shopping for fresh corn, look for bright green husks and plump kernels that feel firm to the touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Remove the husks and all the silk from the corn cobs.

  2. 2

Trim the ends of the corn if the ears are too long to fit inside your air fryer basket.

  3. 3

Place the corn in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not too crowded.

  4. 4

Rub the olive oil evenly over each ear of corn.

  5. 5

Season the corn lightly with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

Cook at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the kernels are tender and lightly toasted.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, simply pop the ears back into the air fryer until warmed through or cut the kernels off the cob to add to salads or salsas.
