Creamy Tropical Pineapple Smoothie
A refreshing and simple pineapple smoothie that tastes just like a sunny tropical vacation.
dailyrecipesbook.comThis pineapple smoothie is one of my favorite quick treats when I want something bright and sweet. It uses only three simple ingredients, so you can whip it up in minutes whenever you need a little pick me up.
I love keeping frozen pineapple in the freezer specifically for this drink. If you want it extra cold, try freezing the pineapple chunks the night before so you do not have to worry about watering it down with ice cubes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- 1
Place the frozen pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into your blender jar.
- 2
Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- 3
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve it immediately while it is cold.
π‘ Tips
If you prefer a thinner consistency, simply add a splash more almond milk until it reaches your desired texture. You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer and blend it again briefly when you are ready to drink it.
