When you have a hungry family and not much time to spare, the air fryer becomes your best friend in the kitchen. These chicken bites are simple to put together and always disappear from the table in minutes.

My kids love these because they are perfectly crunchy on the outside while staying tender on the inside. You can toss them in your favorite sauce or keep them plain with a side of dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels to ensure they get nice and crispy.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss them until every piece is evenly coated in the flour mixture.

  4. 4

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and toss again to combine.

  5. 5

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes.

  6. 6

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to crowd the pieces.

  7. 7

Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.

  8. 8

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve these warm with a side of ranch or barbecue sauce. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and reheat them in the air fryer to bring back the crunch.
