Cheesecake is a favorite for any occasion, but it can be tricky to bake in a standard oven. Using your air fryer makes the process so much simpler because you do not have to worry about water baths or big cracks in the top. It turns out silky and rich every single time.

My best tip for this recipe is to make sure your cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature before you start mixing. This helps the batter become smooth and lump free, which makes for a much better final texture.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl until the mixture looks like wet sand.

  2. 2

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 6 inch springform pan or a small round cake pan that fits in your air fryer.

  3. 3

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until completely smooth.

  4. 4

Add the egg, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until everything is combined.

  5. 5

Pour the batter over the crust in the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. 6

Place the pan inside your air fryer basket and cook at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still has a slight wobble.

  7. 7

Remove the pan carefully and let the cheesecake cool completely on your counter before moving it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve this topped with fresh berries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. You can keep the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
