Easy Beef Kofta Meatballs
These tender beef meatballs are packed with aromatic spices and taste wonderful served in warm pita bread.
dailyrecipesbook.comBeef kofta is one of my favorite meals to make when I want something flavorful but simple. The mix of fresh parsley, onion, and warm spices gives the meat such a lovely depth, and they always turn out juicy and delicious.
I find these are perfect for a busy weeknight because they cook up quickly. My favorite tip is to let the mixture rest in the fridge for a few minutes before shaping, as it helps the spices soak into the meat for a better result.
