There is something special about the combination of chicken, bacon, and ranch. These sliders are a go to for game days or casual dinners because they are so simple to put together and everyone always asks for seconds.

I love using Hawaiian rolls for this recipe because that touch of sweetness balances out the salty bacon and savory chicken perfectly. If you want to save time, a rotisserie chicken works beautifully here.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

  2. 2

Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally so you have a top slab and a bottom slab.

  3. 3

Place the bottom slab of rolls into your prepared baking dish.

  4. 4

In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the ranch dressing until well combined.

  5. 5

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the chopped bacon and the shredded cheese over the chicken layer.

  7. 7

Place the top slab of rolls over the cheese.

  8. 8

Whisk the melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder together in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.

  9. 9

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  10. 10

Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

  11. 11

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

πŸ’‘ Tips

Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat them in the oven at 300 degrees to keep the buns from getting soggy. You can add a few pickled jalapeΓ±os if you enjoy a little bit of heat.
