There is something so nostalgic about the combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows. These frozen bars are a wonderful twist on the traditional dessert, especially when you want a chilled treat on a warm afternoon.

My favorite thing about this recipe is how simple it is to put together. Since there is no baking involved, you can let the freezer do all the hard work for you. It is a real crowd pleaser that kids and adults always seem to love.

Ingredients

  • 1 box honey graham crackers
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1

Line a square baking pan with parchment paper so it is easy to lift the bars out later.

  2. 2

Place a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the pan, breaking them to fit if you need to.

  3. 3

In a medium bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with the cold milk until it begins to thicken.

  4. 4

Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until it is smooth and well combined.

  5. 5

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the layer of graham crackers.

  6. 6

Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow creme over the pudding layer and use a knife to swirl it around slightly.

  7. 7

Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the cream mixture.

  8. 8

Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top crackers and sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips.

  9. 9

Freeze the pan for at least four hours or until the bars are firm.

  10. 10

Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut them into squares before serving.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

To get the cleanest slices, let the pan sit on the counter for about five minutes before cutting. You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week. Try drizzling a little chocolate syrup over the top right before you serve them for a fun presentation.
