There is something so special about the smell of baked peaches filling the kitchen on a sunny afternoon. This recipe is a favorite in my house because it relies on the natural sweetness of fresh fruit and a hearty crumble that comes together in just a few minutes.

I love that this treat is gluten free and uses wholesome ingredients like almond flour and coconut oil. If you want to make it feel extra fancy, serve it warm straight from the oven with a little scoop of vanilla bean ice cream or a dollop of yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the lemon juice and half of the cinnamon until they are well coated.

  3. 3

Spread the peach mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.

  4. 4

In a separate bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, pecans, the rest of the cinnamon, coconut oil, and maple syrup until combined.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.

  6. 6

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peach juices are bubbling.

  7. 7

Let the crisp cool for about 10 minutes before serving so the juices can set slightly.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven until warm. If you prefer a crispier topping, you can place it under the broiler for just a minute before serving.
