There is nothing quite like a sweet strawberry to satisfy your cravings, especially when you fill it with a creamy mixture. These stuffed berries are always a hit at parties because they look fancy but take almost no effort to put together.

Since this recipe uses a bit of protein powder, it is a great way to enjoy a sweet treat while hitting your daily goals. I love making these for a quick afternoon pick me up or a healthy dessert when friends come over.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh large strawberries
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. 1

Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

Carefully cut the tops off each strawberry and use a small knife or a huller to remove the center, leaving a hollow space.

  3. 3

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, protein powder, sweetener, and milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

Transfer the filling into a small piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.

  5. 5

Pipe the mixture into each hollowed strawberry.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the top of each berry with a little bit of crushed graham cracker crumbs before serving.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store these in the refrigerator for up to two days in an airtight container. If you want to keep them extra fresh, wait to add the graham cracker topping until right before you serve them to ensure they stay nice and crunchy.
