There is nothing better than a simple dinner that does not require standing over a hot stove all night. These pork chops are a favorite in my house because they come out juicy every single time, and the glaze is honestly good enough to eat with a spoon.

My favorite trick is to use the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking. It gives the edges a wonderful charred finish that makes them taste just like they came off a backyard grill.

Ingredients

  • 8 bone in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

  3. 3

Place the pork chops in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  4. 4

Pour the glaze over the pork chops, using a brush or spoon to make sure both sides are well coated.

  5. 5

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

  6. 6

Turn your oven to the broil setting and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to get a nice caramelized crust, watching closely so the honey does not burn.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve these with roasted vegetables or a side of fluffy rice to soak up the extra sauce. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat them gently in the oven or microwave.
