Pork tenderloin is truly one of the most underrated cuts of meat for a quick dinner. It is lean, cooks up fast, and is a great budget friendly option for when you are feeding a group of hungry people.

This marinade is my go to because it balances savory soy sauce with a touch of honey and smoked paprika. It creates a beautiful crust on the grill that makes every single bite taste amazing. I think you will love how easy this is for a weeknight meal or a weekend cookout.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh citrus juice like lemon or lime
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Flaky sea salt for serving

Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, citrus juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika in a small bowl or a zip top bag.

  2. 2

Place the pork tenderloins into the marinade and let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, though a few hours is even better.

  3. 3

Preheat your grill to medium high heat and lightly oil the grates.

  4. 4

Remove the pork from the marinade and place it directly on the hot grill.

  5. 5

Cook the tenderloins for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure they get charred and caramelized on all sides.

  6. 6

Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

  7. 7

Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

  8. 8

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve warm.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Let the meat rest before cutting to keep it juicy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. This is great served alongside grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad.
