Simple Grilled Summer Salmon
This fresh grilled salmon is the perfect light dinner for a warm summer evening.

I love serving this with a side of seasonal vegetables. My best tip is to make sure your grill grates are very clean and well oiled before you start so the fish does not stick.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano together in a small bowl.

Brush the mixture all over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

Place the salmon on the grill skin side down and cook for about 5 minutes.

Carefully flip the fish and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.

Store any leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. You can flake the cold leftovers over a green salad for a quick lunch the next day.
