Summer Blueberry Breakfast Bake
A simple and comforting baked dish that makes breakfast feel like a special treat.
dailyrecipesbook.comThere is something so wonderful about using fresh summer blueberries in the morning. This bake is a favorite in our house because it comes together so quickly and tastes great warm or at room temperature.
I love serving this for a slow weekend breakfast, but it keeps well enough to snack on throughout the busy work week. A light dusting of powdered sugar on top is my favorite way to finish it.

- 8
Let the bake cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
๐ก Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat individual slices in the microwave for twenty seconds if you like them warm. This bake also pairs beautifully with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a splash of cold cream.
