There is something so special about the combination of creamy white chocolate and crunchy, salty pretzels. Adding a touch of peanut butter and toffee makes these little clusters completely addictive and a favorite at my house whenever guests come over.

These are wonderful because you do not need to bake anything at all. My best tip is to use a high quality white chocolate bar rather than chips if you can, because it melts down much smoother for a beautiful finish.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or chopped baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. 1

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.

  2. 2

Place the white chocolate and peanut butter in a heat safe bowl. Microwave in thirty second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

  3. 3

Gently fold the pretzels into the chocolate mixture until they are well coated.

  4. 4

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the top of each cluster with a few toffee bits while the chocolate is still soft.

  6. 6

Place the tray in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes until the chocolate has set completely.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store these in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. They also make a lovely gift if you tuck them into small bags tied with a pretty ribbon.
