Cheesy Air Fryer Egg Bites with Bacon
These fluffy little egg bites are the perfect quick breakfast for busy mornings or meal prep Sundays.
dailyrecipesbook.comI love making these because they taste just like the ones you get at the coffee shop but cost much less. They are incredibly soft and packed with savory bacon and melted cheese.
You can easily swap the bacon for sausage or chopped spinach if you want to change things up. Just make sure to grease your silicone molds well so the eggs pop right out without sticking.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a medium bowl until they are well combined.
- 2

- 4
Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling each about three quarters of the way to the top.
- 5
Place the molds into the air fryer basket carefully.
- 6
Air fry at 300 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
- 7
Let the bites sit for a couple of minutes before popping them out of the molds to serve.
๐ก Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. You can reheat them in the microwave for thirty seconds when you are ready to eat. They also freeze well if you want to keep a batch for later.
