Creamy Avocado Smoothie
A thick and satisfying smoothie that tastes just like a classic banana milkshake but with better nutrition.
dailyrecipesbook.comThis avocado smoothie is one of my favorite quick breakfasts when I need something filling to start the day. The avocado makes it incredibly creamy while keeping the sugar content low, and it is packed with healthy fats to keep you feeling full until lunch.
I love how fast this comes together in the morning. If you want a colder, thicker treat, try using frozen avocado chunks or adding a handful of ice cubes before you blend everything up.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes

- 5
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
๐ก Tips
Serve this smoothie right away for the best texture. If you have leftovers, store them in a sealed jar in the fridge for a few hours, though you may need to give it a quick shake before drinking. You can also freeze any extra smoothie in an ice cube tray for a head start on your next batch.
