There is something so comforting about a hot bubbly dip at a party. This spinach artichoke dip is always the first bowl to be wiped clean whenever I bring it out to the table.

My best tip for the best texture is to squeeze as much water as possible out of the frozen spinach. This keeps your dip nice and creamy instead of watery while it bakes.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. 3

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, the squeezed spinach, minced garlic, and black pepper.

  4. 4

Fold in half of the mozzarella and half of the parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

  6. 6

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and the cheese on top is bubbly and golden brown.

  7. 7

Let it sit for five minutes before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve this dip hot with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh carrot sticks. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
