Fluffy Homemade Banana Pancakes
These pancakes are just like eating warm banana bread for breakfast.
dailyrecipesbook.comThere is nothing quite like waking up to the smell of banana pancakes on a slow morning. This recipe is a favorite in my kitchen because it turns simple pantry staples into a breakfast that feels like a real treat.
My best tip is to use bananas that have plenty of brown spots on the peel. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pancakes will be.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 5
Pour the batter onto the pan using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.

๐ก Tips
Serve these warm with a drizzle of maple syrup and a few extra banana slices on top. If you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for two days and reheat them quickly in the toaster.
