This dip has become a total favorite in my house because it comes together in just a few minutes. The goat cheese makes it so creamy while the yogurt keeps it light, and the Calabrian chile paste adds a little bit of heat that keeps everyone coming back for more.

My best advice is to let the dip sit at room temperature for about ten minutes before serving. It helps the flavors mingle and makes the texture extra smooth for scooping up with your favorite crunchy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Calabrian chile paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Place the softened goat cheese and Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. 2

Use a whisk or a fork to beat the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

Gently fold in the chopped olives and the Calabrian chile paste until well combined.

  4. 4

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  5. 5

Drizzle the olive oil over the top and sprinkle with the fresh parsley, chives, and a tiny pinch of salt.

  6. 6

Serve immediately with pita chips, toasted crackers, or fresh sliced vegetables.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. This dip pairs wonderfully with warm pita bread or crisp cucumbers and carrots. If you like it extra spicy, add another half teaspoon of chile paste to the mixture.
