Homemade Zucchini Muffins
These soft and moist muffins are a wonderful way to enjoy fresh zucchini in every bite.
dailyrecipesbook.comI absolutely love making these muffins whenever my garden is overflowing with zucchini. They are sweet and tender with a lovely hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that makes the whole house smell amazing while they bake.
My favorite thing about this recipe is how easy it is to customize. While I always include crunchy walnuts for a bit of texture, my kids often ask me to swap them out for a handful of chocolate chips instead.
