Homemade Green Goddess Dressing
A fresh and creamy herb dressing that tastes just like the one from Panera.
dailyrecipesbook.comThis bright green dressing is a favorite because it is so fresh and flavorful. It works beautifully on salads or as a dip for crunchy raw vegetables.
My top tip is to use the freshest herbs you can find at the market. The quality of your parsley and basil really makes a difference in the final taste.

- 1 clove garlic, peeled

Taste the dressing and add a pinch more salt or pepper if you think it needs it.
- 4
Pour the dressing into a jar or container and keep it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
๐ก Tips
Store this dressing in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to five days. Give it a quick stir before serving if it has separated slightly. It is wonderful on a cobb salad or served with sliced cucumbers and carrots.
