Simple Zucchini Stir Fry
A light and fresh vegetable stir fry that makes a perfect quick weeknight meal.
dailyrecipesbook.comThis zucchini stir fry is one of my favorite ways to use up fresh garden vegetables when I want something healthy and fast. It is simple, light, and comes together in just a few minutes, making it a great choice for those busy evenings when you need dinner on the table without any fuss.
You can serve this as a main dish or pair it with some cooked rice or protein if you want something a bit more filling. It really is the perfect way to get more greens into your diet without spending all night in the kitchen.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 4
Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the zucchini, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 5
