Classic Garden Fresh Ratatouille
A beautiful and hearty French vegetable stew that highlights the best flavors of the summer garden.

I love how the olive oil and fresh herbs come together to create such a comforting dish. It tastes even better the next day after the flavors have had some time to sit and mingle in the fridge.
