If you love the campfire classic, you are going to adore these easy chocolate covered s'mores sandwiches. They are simple to put together since you do not need to turn on the oven, making them a perfect quick treat for whenever a craving hits.

My favorite thing about this recipe is the combination of salty and sweet. Using a little bit of flaky sea salt on top really makes the chocolate flavor pop, so be sure not to skip that step.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Break each graham cracker sheet in half to create smaller squares.

  2. 2

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on half of the graham cracker squares.

  3. 3

Spread a layer of marshmallow fluff on the remaining graham cracker squares.

  4. 4

Press the peanut butter and marshmallow halves together to form sandwiches.

  5. 5

Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat in thirty second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth.

  6. 6

Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate until it is fully coated, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

  7. 7

Sprinkle a tiny bit of crushed graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top before the chocolate sets.

  8. 8

Refrigerate the sandwiches for about fifteen minutes until the chocolate shell is firm.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store these in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. If you want a fun variation, try using almond butter instead of peanut butter or adding a few sprinkles on top for a festive look.
