This fruit salad is a staple in my kitchen because it is so versatile and packed with natural goodness. It brings together a variety of textures and bright colors that look beautiful on any table, making it a perfect choice for brunches, family picnics, or just a healthy afternoon treat.

I love this recipe because you can easily swap the fruit based on what is in season. My best tip is to dry your fruit well after washing, as this helps the dressing coat everything nicely without becoming watery.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, orange juice, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds until smooth.

  2. 2

Place all your prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.

  3. 3

Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss very gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.

  4. 4

Sprinkle with fresh lime zest and top with a few mint leaves right before serving.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. For the best texture, I recommend adding soft fruits like bananas or peaches right before serving, and keep pineapple separate if you plan on storing the salad for more than a few hours to prevent the other fruit from getting soft.
