Crunchy Asian Ramen Salad
This vibrant salad is packed with crisp cabbage, toasted almonds, and crunchy ramen noodles tossed in a sweet and savory sesame dressing.
dailyrecipesbook.comThis Asian Ramen Salad is a family favorite for a reason. Between the fresh, colorful cabbage and the satisfying crunch of toasted noodles and almonds, it is the kind of dish that disappears quickly at any potluck or dinner party. The homemade dressing brings everything together with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors.
My top tip for this salad is to wait until just before you serve it to add the dressing. This keeps the ramen noodles and vegetables nice and crunchy, which is the best part of the whole experience. If you are prepping ahead of time, keep the dressing in a separate jar until you are ready to eat.

๐ก Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To keep the salad crisp for as long as possible, store the dressing separately from the salad base. This salad is great on its own or served with grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu for an extra boost of protein.
