There is nothing quite like a big platter of sticky wings to get everyone excited for a party. These baked wings give you that satisfying crispy texture on the outside while keeping the meat juicy and tender on the inside.

Since this recipe uses only six ingredients, it is a great one to keep in your back pocket for busy game days. My biggest tip is to line your baking sheet with parchment paper so you do not have to spend time scrubbing the pan later.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

  3. 3

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to create the sticky glaze.

  4. 4

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they get nice and crispy.

  5. 5

Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and pour about half of the sauce over them, tossing to coat well.

  6. 6

Bake for 30 minutes, then flip the wings over.

  7. 7

Brush the remaining sauce over the wings and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.

  8. 8

Serve warm and enjoy with extra sauce on the side if you like.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips

Serve these with fresh celery sticks and a side of ranch dressing to balance out the spice. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat them in the oven at 350 degrees until they are hot and crispy again.
