Easy Grilled Fruit Platter
Grilling fruit brings out a natural sweetness and a smoky flavor that makes it the perfect addition to any outdoor meal.
dailyrecipesbook.comThere is something magical that happens when you place fresh fruit on a hot grill. The heat caramelizes the natural sugars, creating a beautiful char that tastes absolutely wonderful with a scoop of ice cream or just on its own.
This is my favorite way to round out a barbecue feast because it is light, healthy, and takes almost no effort. Just remember to keep your grill grates clean and well oiled so the fruit does not stick when you flip it.
