Oven Baked Cauliflower Steaks
These hearty oven roasted cauliflower steaks are perfectly seasoned and easy enough for a quick weeknight meal.
dailyrecipesbook.comCauliflower steaks are such a fantastic way to enjoy vegetables. When you roast them, the edges get beautifully golden and caramelized while the center stays tender and delicious. It is a simple dish that feels fancy enough for guests but is easy enough for a busy Tuesday night dinner.
I love how versatile these are because you can change up the seasonings to match whatever you are craving. If you want them to hold together well, just make sure to leave a bit of the core on each slice. It acts like a little handle and keeps everything in one piece while it cooks.

๐ก Tips
Store any leftover cauliflower steaks in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat them in a hot oven or air fryer to get some of that crispiness back. These are wonderful served alongside a dollop of ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, or a bright chimichurri.
