Simple Morning Keurig Coffee
A reliable and cozy cup of coffee prepared perfectly in your Keurig machine.
There is something so special about the ritual of brewing your first cup of coffee each morning. Even when I am in a rush, using my Keurig makes it easy to get a delicious cup of coffee without any extra fuss.
I have tried many different pods over the years, but the secret to a great cup is always using fresh, cold water. If you want a little extra flavor, try adding a splash of your favorite creamer or a dash of cinnamon before you brew.
Ingredients
- 1 coffee K Cup pod of your choice
- 6 to 10 ounces fresh cold water
- Optional creamer or sweetener to taste
Instructions
- 1
Fill the water reservoir of your Keurig machine with fresh cold water.
- 2
Lift the handle of the machine and place your chosen K Cup pod firmly into the holder.
- 3
Lower the handle to lock the pod in place.
- 4
Place your favorite mug on the drip tray.
- 5
Select your preferred brew size on the machine interface and press the brew button.
- 6
Wait for the coffee to stop dripping completely before removing your mug.
- 7
Stir in your preferred creamer or sweetener if you like and enjoy your warm drink.
๐ก Tips
Store your extra K Cups in a cool and dry pantry to keep them fresh. If you prefer a stronger cup of coffee, choose a smaller brew size setting. For iced coffee, brew your pod directly over a glass filled to the top with ice cubes.
