dailyrecipesbook.comWhen you have had a long day and need a comforting dinner without a mountain of dishes, this air fryer recipe is a lifesaver. It is perfect for busy weeknights because the air fryer does all the hard work while keeping the chicken juicy and the potatoes perfectly crispy.
I love this meal because it is so simple to prepare and naturally flavorful. Just be sure to cut your ingredients into even, one inch pieces so everything cooks through at the same time. It is a fantastic go to meal that even the picky eaters in your house will enjoy.

While the potatoes cook, toss the chicken pieces in the same bowl with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, the rest of the garlic, and the remaining seasoning.

After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, push them to one side of the basket and add the chicken pieces to the other side.

- 8
Let the food rest for 5 minutes before serving.
๐ก Tips
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can reheat them in the air fryer at 350ยฐF for a few minutes to bring back the crispiness. Serve this topped with fresh sliced green onions or a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
